Appointment of Alternate Director
10 December 2024. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, following the announcement made on 3 December 2024 relating to the Company's successful fundraise of £20m and the Board update, Els Degroote has been appointed with immediate effect as Alternate Director to Non-Executive Director, Marc Coucke. Els Degroote will act in the event of Marc's absence from certain future Board meetings. This appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. Marc Coucke will remain a Non-Executive Director and is expected to be involved in key Board decisions.
