Appointment of Interim Remuneration Committee Chair

Computacenter plc ("Computacenter" or the "Company"), a leading independent technology and services provider, announces that Kelly Kuhn, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from today, 23 October 2026.

Kelly replaces René Carayol in this role on an interim basis. René is currently absent for personal reasons, and we look forward to his return in due course.

Kelly joined the Board of Computacenter in September 2024 and brings significant relevant remuneration and governance experience. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of ISS A/S, where she is also a member of the Nomination Committee.
