Notice Under Section 159 (4) of the Companies Act, 2017 (Prior Publication)

‌ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to Section 159 (4) of the Companies Act 2017, the members are hereby notified that the following persons have filed with the company, notice of their intention to offer themselves for election of Directors of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:30 am, at Registered Office, K-4/3 & 4/4, Ch. Khaliq-uz-Zaman Road, Gizri, Karachi.

Since the number of persons, who have consented to contest the election is equal to the number of Directors fixed to be elected under section 159(1) of the Companies Act 2017, the balloting shall not be performed at the aforesaid Extraordinary General Meeting under section 159(5) and Article 64 of Memorandum and Article of Association. The Above Seven (7) contestants are deemed to be Elected Directors (unopposed) at the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
