AIL/2026-27/482 dated 07th August, 2026, regarding intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 for consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.In this connection, we wish to inform you that the aforesaid meeting of Board of Directors stands cancelled since the finalization of accounts and its audit is still under process. The Company will inform the Stock Exchanges revised date of Board Meeting, in due course.Kindly take the above information on the record.
