AP (Thailand) remains a buy for TTB Wealth Securities, given its market share and diversified portfolio, analyst Rata Limsuthiwanpoom says in a research report. Among the top seven domestic developers, AP (Thailand) has recorded the largest market-share gain in presales, rising to 31% in 2025 from 18% in 2018, the analyst notes. The property developer's product portfolio, spanning single-detached homes, townhouses and condominiums, enables it to capture demand across price segments. However, the brokerage lowers its 2026-28 earnings forecasts for the Thai company by 2%-6%, partly to reflect softer presales amid geopolitical tensions. It trims the stock's target price to 10.00 baht from 10.20 baht. Shares are unchanged at 8.60 baht. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
