About this update from Transatlantic Mining Corp.
LOWNA, BC, Jan. 31 /CNW/ - A.O.G. Air Support Inc (the "Company") (TSXV: ASP) wishes to advise that it is in default of filing its annual Audited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2005 which were to have been filed on or before January 30, 2006 pursuant to relevant securities laws. Dave Barron, Chief Executive Officer of A.O.G. Air Support Inc advises that the Company was unable to meet its deadline due to unforeseen extra work that the company Auditors were asked to complete during their annual audit. This arose due to the recent departure of the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The Company expects to file the Audited Financial Statements on or before February 17, 2006. The Company requested that the BC Securities Commission impose a Management Cease Trade Order, pursuant to CSA Staff Notice 57-301. Such order will place restrictions on the trading of the Company's securities by certain persons who have been directors, officers or insiders of the Company since the Company's most recent financial statements were filed in accordance with prescribed filing requirements. Pursuant to the terms of the requested order, should the Company fail to file its financial statements on or before March 31, 2006, the BC Securities Commission and other securities commissions or regulators may then impose an Issuer Cease Trade Order that all trading in securities of the Company cease for a specified period. The Company will issue a Default Status Report on a bi-weekly basis for as long as it remains subject to the Management Cease Trade Order. An Issuer Cease Trade Order may be imposed sooner if the Company fails to file its Default Status Report on time. The TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release. The Company's shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ASP".
