The Board of Directors have recommended Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs.1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025. The Board also fixed the record date as 19th September, 2025 for the purpose of entitlement of Dividend to the Shareholders of the Company.
