Annual General Meeting The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP .  In addition, the Company will be hosting an audio broadcast of the AGM to enable those shareholders who are unable to attend in person to listen to the proceedings.
