Publication of the audited financial statements of the Company
for the year ended 31 December 2002
The Board of Properties announces that the audited financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 31 December 2002 have been published today and will
shortly be despatched to Properties shareholders.
Copies of these financial statements will be available for one month from
today's date from the Company's head office at Capital House, Michael Road,
London SW6 2YH.
