11 June 2026   Arc Minerals Ltd ("Arc" or "the Company")   Annual General Meeting Update   Arc Minerals (LSE: ARCM) announces, further to the Company's announcement of 27 June 2025 regarding the publication of its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024, that no annual general meeting was convened in respect of those accounts.   An annual general meeting is not required to be convened under the Company's articles of association or the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 (as amended), but the Board nonetheless intends to convene an Annual General Meeting following publication of the Company's audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025.
