Following this publication, and in light of the temporary suspension of its ordinary shares' listing and trading announced on 1 May 2026, the company intends to apply to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of its listing and seek the resumption of trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. Further to the Company's announcement of 1 May 2026 regarding the temporary suspension of the listing and trading in the Company's ordinary shares, and following the publication of its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, the Company will apply to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of the listing of its ordinary shares and will seek the resumption of trading in its ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
