ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
Smiths announces that it has today published and made available to shareholders the following documents:
- Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 July 2026 (‘Annual Report FY2026’);
- Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (‘Notice of AGM 2026’); and
- Annual General Meeting 2026 Proxy Form (‘Proxy Form 2026’).

AGM arrangements
The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 at 11.00am. This will be a virtual meeting, accessed via the Lumi electronic meeting platform at https://meetings.lumiconnect.com/100-186-180-280. Further information on joining the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM 2026.
