The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 (the "Annual Report and Accounts") are now available on Sage's website and can be accessed via www.sage.com/investors.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted in unedited full text to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
