The Board of Directors has given in-principle approval by way of Circular Resolution on 12.07.2025 to the Company for taking up 40 MW (in addition to earlier 60 MW approval) Solar Power capacity addition adjacent to Factory / elsewhere at an approximate cost of Rs.120 Crs. With this total approval given by the Board comes to 100 MW (60 +40).
