In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at it''s meeting held on 08.08.2025 at its registered office at 04.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.50 p.m. have considered and approved the Calender of Events for it''s 38th AGM to be held on 29.09.2025. However, due to slight change in the Benpose date for sending notice to shareholders we are uploading revised Calender of Events all other details remain the same.
