The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, 19th June 2025 has approved the proposal to raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares and / or eligible securities through permissible modes in one or more tranches, for an amount not exceeding Rs.1500 Crores or equivalent amount in foreign currency, subject to approval of the regulatory / statutory authorities.
