1. On Recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company, approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Kinjal Shah, Practicing Company Secretaries, (Certificate of practice no. 21716 and Membership No. F7417) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27 2. On Recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company, approved the Re-appointment of M/S. M.P. Sutaria & Co. as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
