Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR), Regulation 2015, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 29th May 2025, have re-appointed Mr. Amarendra Dash as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years from 1st August 2025 and ending on 31st July 2030 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming annual general meeting.
