Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LORD) Regulation, 2015 we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 29th May, 2025 have decided to appoint Mr. Aditya Dash, Director of the company as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 29.05.2025.
