The members of the Company at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22.09.2025 has approved (1) Continuation of employment of Mr. Vijay Data as Managing Director of the Company on attaining the age of 70 years on 01.07.2025 for the remaining period of his existing term. (2) Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Data as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years. (3) Re-appointment of Mr. Daya Kishan Data as Wole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years.
