Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Joseph Andrew Jude Pereira (DIN:00130239) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company for a second term of 5 Years with effect from October 26, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders.
