Pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we hereby submitting the the Board approved in their meeting held today i.e. 05 August, 2026 the appointment of Ms. Ambika Jindal as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 05th August, 2026 to hold the office until the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company.
