On the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, the members of the Company at the 35th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. on 30th September, 2025, inter alia considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Govind Prasad & Co., Chartered Accountants (ICAI FRN: 114360W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting on such terms and conditions as determined by the Board from time and time.Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, is attached as ANNEXURE-A.
