Announcement on the Removal of Delisting Risk Warning and Other Risk Warnings, along with Suspension of Trading
According to relevant regulations, Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd.'s shares will be suspended for one day from the opening of the market on May 19, 2026, and will resume trading from the opening of the market on May 20, with delisting risk warning and other risk warnings withdrawn. After the delisting risk warning, the Company's stock will be transferred out of the risk warning board for trading. The Company's stock abbreviation was changed from "*ST Sino-Microelectronics" to "Sino-Microelectronics", the stock code remained "600360" and the daily limit on the Company's stock price rise or fall was adjusted from 5% to 10%.
