Currently, the tender offer period has expired. In order to further confirm the results of the tender offer, according to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, upon application, the stock of Chongqing Wanli New Energy Co., Ltd. will be suspended from trading for one trading day on September 5, 2024, and will resume trading on the day the results of the tender offer are announced.
