Following the termination of the plan for a change in control of the Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controllers Mr. Li Xin, Ms. Guo Jie, and Mr. Wang Weiping of Henan Thinker Automatic Equipment Co., Ltd., according to relevant regulations and following the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its shares will resume trading when the market opens on January 7, 2026.
