Announcement on Termination of the Plan for a Change in Control and Trading Resumption
Due to the fact that the Controlling Shareholder and the Actual Controller of XINJIANG BAI HUA CUN PHARMA TECH CO., LTD. and the transaction counterpart have not reached an agreement on the major matters related to the change of control rights, in accordance with the principle of prudence, it has been decided to terminate this matter of control rights change. According to relevant regulations, after the company applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stocks will resume trading at the market opening on January 7, 2026.
