During the suspension, Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. conducted a full discussion on the planning of change of control rights. However, due to many matters involved, it failed to reach a consensus with the counterparty on the core matters. After careful consideration, the Company decided to terminate the planning of this major matter.
According to relevant regulations, and following the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its shares will resume trading when the market opens on January 23, 2025.
