As of January 22, 2025, the expiration of the tender offer period, due to the need to further confirm the tender offer results, according to the relevant regulations, after applying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the shares of HOB Biotech Group Co., Ltd. will be suspended for one trading day on January 23, 2025, and will resume trading on the day of the announcement of the tender offer results.
