In view of the significant uncertainty surrounding the above-mentioned matters, in accordance with relevant regulations and upon the company's application, the company's A-shares will suspend trading from the opening of the market on November 20, 2025. This restructuring involves an A+H share dual-listed company simultaneously absorbing and merging two A-share listed companies, involving numerous matters and a relatively complex process.
