According to relevant regulations, Beijing Navigation Control Technology Co., Ltd.'s shares will be suspended for 1 day on April 30, 2025, and will resume trading and withdraw the delisting risk warning from May 6. After the delisting risk warning is revoked, the cumulative number of company shares purchased by investors through auction transactions, block transactions, and after-hours fixed price transactions on that day will no longer be subject to the relevant provisions of Article 12.1.4 of the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange".
