On April 15, 2025, Hainan Shengtai Chuangfa Industrial Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Baotou Huazi Industry Co., Ltd., and Binhai Chuangfa (Shenzhen) Trading Co., Ltd., Li Yanyong, Zhang Wenguo, and Binzhou Zhongyu Technology Investment Development Co., Ltd. signed the "Capital Increase Agreement on Hainan Shengtai Chuangfa Industrial Co., Ltd."
Following the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its shares will resume trading when the market opens on April 16, 2025.
