On November 14, 2024, Mr. Chen Zhongwei, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Changzhou Shenli Electrical Machine Incorporated Company, Liaoning Weishu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Kangqi Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) jointly signed the Framework Agreement on Transfer of Changzhou Shenli Electrical Machine Incorporated Company's Shares.
Following the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its shares will resume trading when the market opens on November 15, 2024.
