Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd. recently received a notice from the major shareholder, Mr. Tang Fonen, and his person acting in concert, Ms. Cui Zhengnan, as well as Mr. Wang Dawei and his person acting in concert, Ms. Wang Danhua, stating that they are planning a share transfer involving the company, which may result in a change of control of the company.
In accordance with relevant regulations, the company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a suspension of trading. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting at the opening of the market on October 27, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days.
