Announcement on Implementation of Other Risk Warnings and Trading Suspension
Pursuant to the relevant regulations, the shares of Tianjin Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd. will be suspended from trading for 1 day on April 13, 2026. Starting from April 14, 2026, an Other Risk Warning will be implemented. Following the implementation of the Other Risk Warning, the company’s shares will be traded on the Risk Warning Board. The daily price fluctuation limit for the shares will be set at 5%. The A-share stock abbreviation will be changed from “Tianjin Hi-Tech” to “ST Tianjin Hi-Tech”. The security code will remain unchanged at “600082”.
