According to relevant regulations, the stock of GHainan Yedao (Group) Co., Ltd. will be suspended for one day on April 30, 2025, and delisting risk warning will be implemented starting from May 6, 2025. After the implementation of the delisting risk warning, the daily price fluctuation limit for the stock will be 5%, and the Company's stock will be traded on the risk warning board. Following this implementation, the A-share abbreviation will be changed to *ST Yedao.
