At the 16th session of the 7th Board of Directors of But'one Information Corporation, Xi'an, proposals related to this reorganization, such as the "Proposal on Scheme for Purchasing Assets and Raising Supporting Funds through Shares Issuance and Cash Payment", were reviewed and approved. Upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Company will resume stock trading from the opening of the market on May 4, 2023.
