Announcement on Continued Suspension of Trading Regarding the Planned Change of Control Rights The Controlling Shareholder of Ningbo Shimao Energy Co., Ltd., Ningbo Shimo Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and the Actual Controller of the Company are actively advancing the work related to this major transaction. The Company expects that its shares will not resume trading when the market opens on the morning of January 14, 2026. In accordance with relevant regulations, upon the Company’s application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading of the Company’s stocks will be suspended from the market opening on January 14, 2026, with an expected suspension period not exceeding 3 trading days.The abstract is for reference only.
