The company will conduct a verification regarding the fluctuations in its stock trading. In accordance with relevant regulations and upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its stock will be suspended from trading starting at market open on July 31, 2025. The suspension is expected to last no more than 3 trading days, and trading will resume upon the disclosure of the verification announcement.
