(1)The Company applied for extending the 4th domestic unsecured
convertible bonds and new shares issuance.
This application was approved by the Financial Supervisory
Commission per august 10, 2021 letter No.1100351273 and
No.11003512731.
(2)The board of directors resolution that considering
the international political and economic environments changes
authorize the Chairman to handle.
(3)Apply to the FSC for three months extension in 2021/10/28
and looking for the best time of offering the subscription payment
in order to protect shareholders' and investors' rights and interests.
The FSC has approved to extend to 2022/02/10 with letter No.1100372343.
