Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, as well as Article 61004/1 of Euronext Rule Book I, ANDINO INVERSIONES GLOBAL S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the following for the information of the market
The Company hereby informs that its shares will be admitted to trading on the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity under the ticker symbol AIG, as from the date of their incorporation, expected to take place on 20 May 2026.
The reference price for the determination of the opening trading price shall be the closing price of the Company's shares on Euronext Access+ in the trading session immediately preceding the admission of the shares to trading on the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity.
