Proceeding with the negotiations on the purchase of rights to 'Fagor' brand

The Management Board of Amica SA with its registered office in Wronki ('Amica') announces that they have entered into negotiations with a Spanish partner holding the rights to 'Fagor' brand with the aim to acquire a license for the above-mentioned brand. On 11 July 2018, Amica presented the Spanish partner with the initial assumptions regarding potential cooperation.
The parties have not yet concluded an agreement specifying in detail the conditions, scope and procedure for the negotiations in question.
