Alliance Resources PLC 9 November 1999 On 21 October 1999, shareholders of Alliance Resources PLC ('Alliance') were sent a document concerning a proposed change of American Rivers Oil Company's state of incorporation from Wyoming to Delaware by merging into the subsidiary of a new Delaware holding company and and an offer by that new Delaware holding company to acquire the whole of the issued share capital of Alliance. That document purported to contain a copy of the Annual Report on Form 10-KSB of American Rivers Oil Company ('American Rivers') for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1999. However, the financial statements were inadvertently omitted from the copy of the Form 10-KSB which was included in the document sent to shareholders. A copy of these financial statements has today been sent to Alliance shareholders and copies are available on request from the Registered Office of Alliance at 12 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4RB.
