AMC Robotics (NASDAQ:AMCI), a US-based artificial intelligence robotics company listed on Nasdaq, will invest $3.5mn in a manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh Province , northern Vietnam , as it expands commercial production of its robotic systems, tuoi tre news reports. The company has leased a 6,150 square metre facility in Bac Ninh , where it will initially manufacture robotic arms before expanding into quadruped robots. The factory will be operated by AMCV Company Limited , AMC Robotics' wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam , and will serve as the company's long-term manufacturing hub for Southeast Asia . The initial investment of $3.5mn will fund the first phase of the project. The facility will include standardised production lines for precision assembly, integrated calibration systems and end-of-line automated testing to improve production consistency, quality control and operational efficiency. During the first phase, production will focus on NovaArm, a robotic arm designed for high-payload warehouse sorting, high-precision tasks and industrial automation applications. The company expects installation and commissioning of the production lines to be completed before manufacturing begins in the second half of 2026. Sean Da , chairman and chief executive of AMC Robotics , said the Bac Ninh facility represents an important step in the company's transition from product development to commercial-scale manufacturing.
