Postponement of Period within which to draw up
Annual Accounts and Annual Report for 2023
Amatheon Agri Holding N.V. (the "Company"), the Euronext listed agribusiness and farming group, wishes to advise that at AGM held at the World Trade Center Schiphol, WTC Schiphol Business & Conference Centre Schiphol Boulevard 127-G3, 1118 BG Schiphol, the Netherlands, on 28 June 2024, at 12:30 hours CEST, it was voted for and agreed on that the period to draw up the annual accounts and annual report for the financial year 2023 be extended for 5 months. The delay is due to further time being required on account of delays in securing a final audit opinion for the 2023 annual financial statements of the Company. This is due to the company finalising transactions.
