The Company hereby clarifies that the prior intimation of board meeting was submitted on 04.04.2026 for the proposed board meeting 06.04.2026. However the company discussed the matters not covered under point a to h of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (LODR).We enclose herewith the clarification letter.
