CHAR' fGE IN DIRECTORATE AMANA BANK PLC
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange, we wish to inform you that Mr. Piadeep Dilshari Rajeeva Hettiaratchi, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director retired from the Board of Amana Bank PLC at the Annual General Meeting held on 6" May 2025, upon completing his tenure of nine yeats as he did not stand for ze-election at the Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, his retirement was accepted with effect from 6" May 2025.
Mr. Dilshan Hettlaratchi does not hold any shoes of the Bank as at the date of his retirement.
Furthermore, we wish to inform you that Mr. Mohamed Adamaly, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, was re-designated as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 6' May 2025. The relevant regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in this regard has been obtained.
After the aforementioned changes to the Directorate, the Bank currently comprises eleven Directors with five Independent Non-Executive Directors.
