The General Meeting of Shareholders of Alteron REIT, dated 25 June 2026, has taken the following dividend distribution decision for 2025:
- Gross dividend per share: EUR 0.08
- Dividend payout: Via the Central Depository
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. as of 09 July 2026 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange for the holder to be entitled to receive a dividend will be 07 July 2026 (Ex-Dividend Date: 08 July 2026).
