ANNOUNCEMENT ALTEO Group expands its gas-fired capacity to 73 MW through the acquisition of DEPO Erőmű Kft. In compliance with its obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information under Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Section I.24 of Annex 4 of Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII. 15.) of the Minister of Finance, ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 25., company registration number: Cg.01-10-045985) (hereinafter " Company " or " ALTEO ") hereby provides the following information: ALTEO has signed a quota purchase agreement and closed the transaction with Plant Industrial Engineering Ltd. (registered office: HU-1151 Budapest, Váchartyán utca 2.; company registration number: 01-09-3533) as Seller, for the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in DEPO Erőmű Kft. (registered office: HU-2085 Pilisvörösvár, Zöldárok utca 6506.; company registration number: 13-09-231625; hereinafter: "DEPO Kft.") as of today. As a result of the transaction, ALTEO has become the sole shareholder of DEPO Kft. DEPO Kft. owns a 2 MW natural gas-fired gas engine located at the Törökbálint site, which was commissioned in the autumn of 2025. Following the closing of the Transaction, ALTEO's total self-owned gas-fired capacity has increased to 73 MW. Budapest, January 22, 2026 ALTEO Nyrt.
