Share Buyback program As part of its value-creating capital allocation strategy for its shareholders, ALTEN has today granted an investment services provider a mandate to implement a share buyback program covering up to 7% of the Company's share capital, in accordance with the authorizations granted by the Combined General Meeting of June 12, 2025, with a view to the cancellation of the repurchased shares.
